This website is provided for general information and contacting PAFDS Technologies. Site content is not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, compliance, or professional advice for any regulated industry. We may update content at any time.
Content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability, security perfection, compliance with every law, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Any managed services, projects, SLAs, responsibilities, deliverables, travel, onsite work, pricing, insurance requirements, support boundaries, and acceptance criteria are defined by signed agreements with the customer, such as an MSA, SOW, SLA, quote, order, or other written authorization.
PAFDS may work directly for customers, B2B with another company, as a subcontractor, or as part of a larger multi-company project. Any such work must define the prime/customer relationship, authority, deliverables, acceptance criteria, communication path, confidentiality, data handling, security requirements, insurance, travel, payment, intellectual property, and whether PAFDS may use subcontractors or partner crews. No agency, employment, joint venture, partnership, or authority to bind another party exists unless a signed written agreement says so.
Work involving wireless surveys, WAP installation, structured cabling, switching, firewall changes, virtualization, Kubernetes, SQL databases, MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, dashboards, operational tracking, reporting, backups, migrations, or production-system changes requires written scope, authorized access, backup/rollback planning where appropriate, and acceptance checks tied to the actual customer environment.
PAFDS can help implement technical controls, documentation, evidence, monitoring, security practices, and vendor coordination. PAFDS does not guarantee that a website, customer environment, policy, control, product, or business is compliant with all laws or regulations. Legal and regulatory determinations must be made by the customer and qualified legal, compliance, insurance, tax, or accounting advisors.
Work involving HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS, government systems, public records, law-enforcement data, financial information, payment card data, education records, export-controlled information, health information, biometric data, or other regulated information requires written scope before PAFDS handles that information. When applicable, customers must provide required authorizations, Business Associate Agreements, data processing terms, security addenda, vendor agreements, and approved secure channels.
PAFDS is based in West Virginia and can provide scheduled onsite services anywhere in the USA when the scope supports travel. Onsite work is subject to scheduling, site access, safety conditions, customer authorization, insurance requirements, local permits, licensing, registration, taxes, subcontractor availability, and written scope.
Customers are responsible for lawful use of systems, accurate information, required approvals, ownership of accounts and licenses, regulatory classifications, user training, internal policies, employee supervision, data-entry accuracy, and business decisions made from reports or technical recommendations.
We log and document work performed on systems we manage to provide reliable service, security, and accountability. Details and scope are defined during onboarding and in signed agreements. We do not sell customer information.
Customer environments often depend on Microsoft, internet providers, software vendors, payment processors, cloud providers, equipment manufacturers, and other third parties. PAFDS can coordinate authorized vendor work, but third-party services remain subject to their own terms, outages, licensing, security, and support limits.
Liability, indemnity, warranties, damages, remedies, confidentiality, dispute handling, and governing law are controlled by the signed customer agreement where one exists. If there is no signed customer agreement, use of this public website is at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
