Commitment

PAFDS Technologies aims to make its public website usable by people with disabilities and compatible with common assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome reports of barriers.

Current practices

  • Semantic HTML headings, links, buttons, labels, and form controls where practical
  • Responsive layout for desktop and mobile viewports
  • Keyboard-focus styling for interactive elements
  • Alternative text for brand images and meaningful media
  • Manual visual checks for clipping, overlap, and mobile overflow during site updates

Known limits

Automated tools and screenshots do not prove full accessibility. Third-party destinations such as Microsoft Teams, email clients, maps, payment processors, vendor portals, or customer systems are controlled by their own providers.

Report an accessibility issue

If you have trouble accessing content or using the public website, email LukeLavender@PAFDS.tech. Include the page URL, the issue, your browser/device, and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. PAFDS will review the report and work toward a practical fix.
