What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, company, and message).
We also receive basic technical metadata (approximate IP address and user-agent) to prevent abuse and support troubleshooting.
Website telemetry
PAFDS uses first-party, privacy-preserving website telemetry to understand broad site behavior: page views, section views,
scroll-depth milestones, button/link categories, service-page clicks, audience-view toggles, and coarse load-time buckets.
This telemetry does not use advertising pixels, cookies, persistent visitor IDs, form-field capture, keystroke tracking,
session replay, screen recording, or precise mouse-movement tracking. It is used to improve the website, troubleshoot issues,
and understand which service information is useful.
Do not submit sensitive regulated data through the public form
The public contact form is for business inquiries and support requests. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card data,
protected health information, financial account credentials, passwords, private keys, security codes, confidential customer files,
or other sensitive regulated data through the public form. If a project requires sensitive or regulated information, PAFDS will use
an agreed secure channel and written scope before handling that data.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and communicate about services
- To track inquiries in our operations system for follow-up and accountability
- To protect the site and form from spam/abuse
- To improve website structure, performance, and service-page usefulness
- To document authorization, scope, service history, and customer-approved vendor coordination
How we store it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox and may be stored in our internal operations database
for tracking (lead status, history, and notes). Access is restricted to PAFDS Technologies.
Operational logging (managed services)
If you become a managed-services customer, we log and document work so operations are predictable and auditable. This may include
system and network logs, configuration state, inventory and device identifiers, change history, vendor ticket references, and service records.
We capture as much as is reasonable for reliability, security, troubleshooting, and accountability.
We do not sell your information. We do not share customer information except to deliver the services you request (for example, contacting your
ISP or a software vendor on your behalf when authorized) or when required by law.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your information. We only share information when necessary to provide services you request, operate the site,
communicate with you, coordinate authorized vendors, protect systems, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.
Examples may include email, Microsoft Teams, hosting, security, backup, and operations tools used to deliver PAFDS services.
Retention
We retain inquiry, customer, service, logging, and operational records for as long as needed for service delivery,
security, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, and business records. When records are no longer needed,
we delete or de-identify them where practical and permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and scope involved.
No public website, email, network, or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If you believe information
was submitted in error or a security issue exists, contact PAFDS promptly.
Regulated data and customer obligations
PAFDS may support customers in regulated industries, but the customer's legal and compliance obligations remain the customer's
responsibility unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Work involving protected health information, financial customer information,
payment card data, government records, export-controlled information, education records, or other regulated data requires written scope
and, when applicable, a Business Associate Agreement, data processing terms, security addendum, vendor authorization, or other customer-approved terms.
Your requests
Depending on your location and relationship with PAFDS, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction,
or information about certain personal data. To make a request, email PAFDS using the contact below. We may need to verify identity
and may retain records where required or permitted by law.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the public contact form to submit
children's personal information.
